*Refers to the cost of the goods (including VAT) only, the delivery charge is not included within the £60 cut off point. 

Non-UK Mainland and Extended Delivery Areas (including Scottish Highlands);

All outside UK mainland orders and extended delivery areas will be subject to additional delivery costs and you will be notified if these additional costs and refunded if you do not wish to accept them. We regret that due to carrier charges delivery to addresses in the extended delivery areas are liable for extra charges. The extended delivery areas are defined by our carriers as being in the following postcodes; 

AB11, AB37 - AB38, AB44 - AB45, AB53 - AB56, CA18 - CA27, HS1 - HS9, GU, IM, IV14 - IV28, IV30 - IV32, IV36, IV40 - IV56, IV7, IV9 - IV12, JE, KA27- KA28, KW, LA15- LA23, PA20- PA38, PA41 - PA49, PA60 - PA78, PA80 - PA88, PH17 - PH26, PH30 - PH44, PH49 - PH50, TR21 - TR25, ZE

Oasis Pool Products reserves the right to charge additional delivery if required, and we will notify you immediately of any changes in delivery costs and will refund your payment if you do not wish to accept any such additional costs. 

Most orders will be delivered via courier and will require a signature. If you don't think you'll be available to sign for your delivery you can request the order to be delivered elsewhere (such as a work address) in the check out stage of the shopping cart. In the unlikely event that our couriers have attempted to make delivery 3 times unsuccessfully, the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will apply. Some couriers may be able to leave your goods on your property for later retrieval, if you are happy for them to do so, please leave a signed note for the courier with instructions as to where it should be left. Please note that you will be responsible for any items left that have been damaged/stolen.

Delivery Schedule

We will endeavour to dispatch your purchase the same day if your order is received before 11am and in most cases you will receive your order next day. Orders for most items are placed on a next working day delivery with our appointed couriers, please note that this is not a guaranteed service. At Oasis Pool Products we carry a stock of most of the items advertised within this shopping site and you should allow 1-3 working days delivery time.

Please note that some items are not available for next working day delivery, these include solar and winter debris covers, wooden pools, portable spas, filter media, step units, slides and diving boards. If you are unsure please contact us in advance and we will clarify when you can expect your goods.

Lost, Missing or Damaged Goods

Be sure to check your items before signing, or sign for your goods as 'Unchecked'. We cannot claim loss or damage from our couriers if you have not signed as damaged or missing items. Any damage no matter how slight should be noted and signed for as damaged and reported to Oasis Pool Products as soon as is practical following the delivery. To clarify what is required you are expected to sign for delivery of your goods by stating OK, Missing Items or Damaged Items. Oasis Pool Products reserves the right to charge for the replacement of damaged or missing goods if you fail to notify such at the time of signing leaving us with no claim against our couriers, in addition delivery charges for any such replacements will also be added. 

Back Orders

If you order an item which is not stocked, temporarily out of stock, a special order or an item which will be shipped direct from the manufacturer at an increased time frame you will be notified via email and given a delivery date of up to 28 working days from date of placing the order, and the option to go ahead or cancel the order for a full refund.

Heavy Goods

Some products such as wooden pool kits or boilers will be delivered to your road side only and will require some assistance in off loading and removal from the road - you will be notified in advance of this.
