Our Returns Policy

At Oasis Pool Products we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we are happy to give you a refund or exchange on most of our products within 14 days following the day on which you receive your goods.

Any items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in a good condition, unused and in their original intact packing. Please contact Oasis Pool Products via email prior to making any such return and we will guide you through the process.

This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel (unless faulty): Bespoke items, products which require special delivery over 50kg and any other special order item such as; solar covers, liners, winter covers, roman ends, coping stones, slides, paint, D.I.Y pool kits, gas/oil boilers, heaters, any three phase unit, heat pumps, spas and any other bespoke item. We also cannot accept the return of any pool or hot tub chemicals for safety reasons.

How To Return An Item

Returning an item is easy, please email sales@oasispoolproducts.co.uk and quote your order reference number and we will send you a returns number and either the UK address to send the item(s) back to, or arrange to collect the goods. All returns must be agreed with us first.

If an item is faulty or damaged please describe the fault in your email in as much detail as possible and include a photo where applicable.

Your Rights and Responsibilities

Your right to cancel an order - The United Kingdom's Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 provides you with a right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the 14th day following the day after the day on which you received your products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation, and this "cooling off" period does not apply to faulty goods.

Returned items should be unused, in their original retail packaging and in a good, resalable condition.

You are liable for the cost and expense of returning goods and we advise you to use an insured method of carriage as damaged boxes will not be accepted. The original cost of delivery will not be refunded. Please note we reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded if the goods have been de-valued through damage, including damage caused during transit. Unless faulty, any orders that are accepted for return after the 14 day cooling off period will be at the discretion of Oasis Pool Products and we reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it, if there are any discrepancies you must notify us within 14 days and leave the good unopened in a resalable condition until arrangements are made to collect them. Any damage/loss to the goods or their retail packaging will be chargeable.

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
