What is Pool Water Clarifier?

Clarifier is a liquid version of floc, it coagulates finer particles which make your pool water look cloudy, this helps your filter to pick them up and restore clarity. Some particles in the water are too small and repeatedly go through the filter & back to the in ground or above ground swimming pool, this clarifier works by collecting the small particles together until they are large enough for the filter to catch so removing unwanted haze and restoring your pool water to sparklingly clear again.

How to use Pool Water Clarifier:

• Backwash the filter for a normal backwashing period
• Shock chlorinate the pool water up to 5 ppm (parts per million)
• Add clarifier directly over the pool inlets at a rate of between 250ml to 500ml per 45.5m3 (10,000 gallons).
• ALWAYS follow manufacturer's instructions as given on the packaging!

This process should be repeated fortnightly. If the cloudiness in the pool water is heavier than normal then the use of Clear Tabs or Granular Floc is recommended. Not suitable for use with cartridge filters
